The admission form will be provided to the parent(s) and has to be filled and signed; in addition, these documents must be provided :

• Copy of Birth certificate
• Copy of Immunization card
• Copy of ID or passport of both parents
• Payment of the child’s registration fee in full. 
• Payment of stationary
